Construction Management & Maintenance

Owning to the deployment of appropriate technology/skills, we have acquired a reputation in the maintenance of certified processes, meeting standards on project procurement, execution, and delivery, regardless of the size of such project.

We provide a complete range of skills for the Oil and Gas, Power Sector and Manufacturing

  1. Tank construction
  2. Pipeline construction
  3. Fabrication
  4. Installation of Generating Power Plant
  5. Building and Civil Engineering
  6. Energy and Waste-Water Treatment Plant

CORROSION ENGINEERING

RiverSafe corrosion engineering team leads the industry in the detection, diagnosis, and prevention of corrosion. Many of the corrosion inspections in use by our team were developed with imputing from RiverSafe corrosion engineering and our technical partners.

Our experienced team of senior Corrosion Engineering Professionals performs detailed work of Corrosion Engineering include the Utilization, Selection and Condition Assessment, and Evaluation of cathodic protection with sacrificial or impressed current systems for numerous facilities such as:

Pipelines-Oil, Gas (natural, LP, and Chlorine) POL (Petroleum fuels, Oil and Lubricants), water (desalinized, Sale and Fresh), Sewage (Fresh, Septic, and Sludge), Compressed Air, Condensate and other miscellaneous pipelines. Buried, ground level, and elevated steel storage tanks and reservoirs for fuel, water, and other liquids.

CATHODIC PROTECTION SUMMARY AND SCOPE

  1. Corrosion Mitigation (Cathodic Protection System) – Surveys, Design, Material Supply, Implementation, Commissioning/Start-up, Monitoring & Maintenance
  2. Drilling & Construction of Cathodic Protection Deep anode wells (ground Beds)
  3. The pipeline, Riser Coating, Cladding, Survey, and Integrity Checks
  4. Installation of Internal Corrosion Monitoring systems, corrosion coupons, and ER Probes
  5. Facility Grit/Sand Blasting and Painting

PIPELINE/FACILITY INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT

Integrity management of Pipelines is a systematic, comprehensive, and integrated approach to proactively counter the threats to pipeline integrity. The use of pressure testing, in-line inspection, and direct assessment methods are used to verify the integrity of a buried pipeline.
However, not all pipelines can be pressure tested or run with the in-line inspection. Two-thirds of gas transmission lines and 90% of distribution lines are not candidates for in-line inspection (pigging) for a variety of reasons.

COMPLETE INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY BY RIVERSAFE

On many projects, RiverSafe will take complete installation responsibility for the cathodic protection system. These are generally stand-alone cathodic protection installation or upgrade projects. For these projects, RiverSafe project implementation team will provide complete management of all phases of the job. Riversafe may utilize (where necessary) a network of installation sub-contractors working under the direct supervision of RiverSafe field engineers and technicians to provide a complete installed system.

RiverSafe provides a complete range of cathodic Protection materials including Anodes, rectifiers, splice kits, test stations, instruments, and Electronic assemblies. The company is particularly strong in the field of custom designs and manufacturers who can make products and systems to our exact specifications.
