RiverSafe Solutions Nig Ltd was registered and incorporated in Nigeria in 2005 and employs the services of Engineering personnel with vast experience and professionalism gained over cumulative 18 years of activity in the field of Engineering Design, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of Civil/Structural, Mechanical/Piping, Pipeline, Electrical and instrumentation systems, NDT Inspection services with strong and established reputation in the Oil, Gas, and Technology industry.
RiverSafe Engineering
To carter for all business as Engineering Contractors / Consultants in the Oil, gas and Technology Industries. Our Engineering Division is further divided according to operational requirements viz: Engineering Design & Project Management Services Front End Engineering Design, Pre project and Planning services, Detailed Engineering, Project Management Consultancy, Procurement and Construction/Installation of Offshore facilities. NDT Inspection using the conventional equipment and our newly introduced EPOCH 4 Flaw Detector (with the ability to scan pipe of up to 3 metres) currently used by RiverSafe for Total E & P OML 99, 100 and 102 plant piping inspection.
RiverSafe Investment
To study, analyse and undertake businesses by setting up production units or marketing strategies to yield financial returns. RiverSafe would partner with tried tested and reputable local and foreign investors where necessary to accomplish her goals.

In February, 2009, RiverSafe successfully signed a working Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with URBICA INGENIERIE in France.

In January 2018 RiverSafe procured her own Leica P20 3D Laser Scanner to boost her participation as a local content compliant company to carry out:
  • 3D Laser Scanning and Modelling of power plants and flow station facilities
  • Facility/ Plant As Built Documentation
  • Architectural and Building Structures (BMS)
  • GIS Data Development
  • Topography Services / Survey in the Energy and Construction sectors
